Serin Center Is Hiring a Licensed Clinical Neuropsychologist Committed to Assessment-First Care

Serin Center is an integrated outpatient treatment center with a strong emphasis on applied neuroscience and neuropsychology. Our clinical model blends evidence-based psychotherapy, psychological assessment, and integrative care to support meaningful, measurable outcomes. We are seeking clinicians who are energized by cutting-edge treatment applications, value an integrative care model, and prefer a treatment-focused role over an administratively heavy position.

Position Summary

The Clinical Training Psychologist is a licensed psychologist responsible for delivering direct clinical services and leading the Center’s training and supervision functions. This role includes psychotherapy, oversight of supervised clinical training experiences for practicum students, interns, and post-doctoral fellows, and contributions to professional education and program development. Opportunities also exist for conference presentations, research/poster development, and professional association engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Care (Primary Focus)

  • Provide 1:1 psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (CBT required; EMDR strongly preferred).
  • Maintain timely, high-quality documentation and treatment planning aligned with outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Collaborate with the team in an integrated treatment model to support clinical decision-making.

Training & Supervision Leadership

  • Provide and/or oversee supervision for practicum and internship students and post-doctoral fellows.
  • Support training structure, supervision quality standards, competency evaluation, and professional development planning.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine training pathways, learning objectives, and clinical skill development.

Assessment & Reporting

  • Administer, interpret, and integrate psychological assessment batteries as needed.
  • Produce clear, clinically sound assessment reports and provide feedback sessions.
  • Professional Contribution (Preferred/Optional)
  • Provide trainings, workshops, or internal clinical education.
  • Present at professional conferences and/or assist with research and poster development.
  • Engage with the state psychological association and contribute to professional visibility.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • Licensed Psychologist in Arizona (in good standing).
  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited/APA-approved program.
  • At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (or equivalent advanced clinical experience).
  • Demonstrated competence in CBT.
  • Experience providing clinical supervision (formal or structured supervision experience).
  • Strong skills in assessment battery selection, administration, interpretation, and report writing.
  • Strong clinical judgment, professional communication, and commitment to collaborative care.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

  • EMDR training and clinical experience (strong plus).
  • Familiarity with qEEG and neurofeedback (plus, not required).
  • Interest in neuroscience-informed and neuropsychology-adjacent clinical integration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full Time Position
  • Base salary: $80,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience and supervision responsibilities.
  • Bonus: Productivity and supervision-based bonus structure (based on productivity and number of supervisees).
  • Defined benefit plan: Up to 9% of salary paid by the company.
  • Up to $300/month toward health and dental
