Neurofeedback Technician
Serin Center, the top Arizona neuropsychology center with clinics in Peoria and Scottsdale is looking to expand its team and hire a Neurofeedback technician to help us profoundly improve lives on a daily basis. We have won the top neurofeedback clinic award in Scottsdale for over 5 years because of our protocols. We strive to help people mind their well-being and reach their full potential through the ethically efficient use of cutting-edge neuropsychology. Serin Center experts have been improving the lives of children, adolescents, adults, families, and executives using applied neuroscience for over a decade.
The ideal candidate for the neurofeedback position is passionate about learning new technologies that assist clients in improving brain function and overall mental health. This position will be responsible for greeting clients, setting up neurofeedback and neurostimulation devices, conducting neurofeedback and stimulation sessions, conducting evaluations and scoring them, and cleaning patient-used rooms.
Neurofeedback Technicians should be:
-Comfortable and confident working with ages 5 to 65 and clients with symptoms associated with ADHD, depression, anxiety, learning disabilities, OCD, PTSD, and sleep issues.
-Organized and detail-oriented when completing required session documentation and presenting cases to Neuropsychologists.
– Eager to pitch in to maintain the cleanliness of the office environment and provide outstanding customer service for an optimal client experience.
This is a great position for an individual interested in pursuing future degrees in the mental health field. We will provide the necessary training and supervision.
Primary duties:
Assisting with QEEG assessments
Running neurofeedback sessions
Patient Education
Scheduling appointments
Possible Weekly schedule:
Mon – Fri 11 am-7 pm
Some Saturdays possible
Average 15-30 hours per week depending on availability
Requirements:
College degree in a scientific discipline
Ability to travel to Peoria and Scottsdale centers for appointments
Skills:
Must be able to work well under pressure.
Must be able to communicate with clients and co-workers.
Must have basic knowledge and be competent with computers.
Must be able to work independently, be reliable, responsible, and have good work attitude and ethics.

Office Administrator – Scottsdale
Serin Center is currently hiring for the position of a front office team member. The job includes:
- Answering incoming phone calls, text messages, emails, and web inquiries with kindness and compassion.
- Answering basic questions about our services.
- Scheduling patient appointments.
- Accepting payment information for patient services.
- Welcoming patients to our office in a friendly and HIPPA-compliant manner.
- Managing patient forms for new and returning patients.
- Coordinating patient treatment plans.
- Coordinating testing services with multiple providers.
- Managing conference scheduling and possibly being present at booths.
- Shipping website product orders in a timely manner.
- Order office supplies and update inventory.
- Stocking product and very light cleaning.
- Preparing insurance superbills and record requests
Required Skills:
